What does “Healthy” mean to you and how do you become “Healthy”?

Here is what 6 young adults had to say during our coaching session:

Make the decision to do what we love (for example, reading, play music, do sports, dance, play outside and enjoy nature)

Make the decision to Eat healthy foods  (for example, eat green alkaline veggies and colorful water based whole natural foods that are raw or cooked very little on low heat)

Make the decision to Drink healthy drinks  (water (half our body weight in oz) and low sweet fruit juices)

Make the decision to have a healthy mind set  (chose healthy thoughts)

Make the decision to relax and sleep 7-8 hours each night

Make the decision to take 6 Deep Breaths 3 times a day - we will touch on this more in our next session

Make the decision to Exercise 20 plus minutes everyday (movement to flush out our bodies and build strong muscles and bones)

Make the decision to purify the spirit daily (for example, improve our love walk, study the fruit of the spirit, study the word, live the word, pray)
Help others when there is a need, it’s good for the spirit!

As you can tell the path to being healthy is to first define what health means to you and then practice good decisions because the “Choices” you make will propel you in a positive or negative direction.  When making choices, ask yourself: “Is this healthy or unhealthy?”   When you find yourself unsure of what to do, put your confidence in the fact that you always know how to learn what to do!
